4/22/21

It is Thursday, April 22, 2021, at 7:25 pm.

Today is Earth Day.

Nobody cares.

...

I am currently sitting under a tree in Weschester Park, in sunny Los Angeles, California. I am currently watching a group of men taking turns hitting baseballs. They look like they are having a lot of fun. I am enjoying watching them play.

...

Along the first base line, there are a multitude of tents. Along the third base line, there are a multitude of tents as well.

The tree that I am sitting under is in front of the pool. On every side of the pool, there are tents.

When I look to my left, I see another baseball field.

More tents.

On the hill, at the picnic benches, and at every other area in the park, there are tents.

...

On Earth Day, April 22, 2021, this is the new normal.

On every street, neighborhood, and section of the city, there are tents filled with homeless people.

Nobody cares.

...

Standing up for yourself is hard.

This world is extremely tricky.

If you perpetuate an unfair system in this life, you end up inside in a home.

If you stand up for the truth in this life, you end up outside in a tent.

...

For now?

Hopefully.

...

I have come a long way on my journey.

At this point on my journey, I have to stop.

I have to let capitalism beat me.

I have to intentionally have faith in a new social order that is on its way.

If a new social order does not evolve, I need to let the result of me not perpetuating capitalism beat me to the furthest extent.

Either way, perpetuating capitalism for me is no longer an option.

...

With that being said, I am going to go for a walk.

Walks really stimulate my root chakra.

I am very happy with the health of my root chakra, and my overall health.

I care.

...

I will check back in soon.

Peace.

3/24/21

It is Wednesday, March 24th, 2021, at 6:58 pm. I am drinking a smoothie. The halftime score of the NCAA women's basketball tournament game between Texas A&M University and Iowa State University is 35-30... Iowa State.

...

Today was a good day. This morning I drank a really delicious smoothie. I had a really good workout. I played basketball. I did conditioning drills. I did yoga. Then I ate lunch. Then I took a nap.

After my nap, I played a little football. I threw passes to a professional running back who is doing offseason training. I had a lot of fun. A few of the children that were at the park were watching us. I then coached football.

...

After coaching football, I played a little basketball. The same children eventually asked me to teach them how to play basketball. I said yes. I then coached and played basketball.

...

After I coached and played basketball, I quietly watched everyone else have fun without me.

For me, that part was the most fun.

...

Prior to checking the NCAA women's basketball tournament scores, I checked the news. I saw a story about a mass shooting, a story about the Royal Family, and a story about the appointment of a new assistant health secretary. When I looked at the picture of the new assistant health secretary that went with the article, she did not look healthy herself. I did not click on any of the links. Nothing on the news has been stimulating to me for a while.

...

Today I decided to discontinue the sale of my first published book, "A Collection of Our Thoughts."

In that book I made conclusions on and wrote about things, people, and feelings that were based on false premises

While the book "A Collection of Our Thoughts" will always be a timeless informational resource, an honest real time reflection piece, and a beautiful creative work of art... I no longer want to represent the entire body of work... and no longer want to represent the things, people, and feelings that I wrote about that were based on false premises.

...

I am excited for tomorrow. It is supposed to be relatively warm outside. I am looking forward to the sunrise. I am looking forward to shamelessly and guiltlessly eating good food, having fun playing, and enjoying time with people who reciprocate the love, peace, and joy that I give.

I am also looking forward to tomorrow's sunset.

...

It is now 7:40 pm. With 5 minutes and 13 seconds left in the 4th quarter, the current score of the NCAA women's basketball tournament game between Texas A&M University and Iowa State University is 66-57... Iowa State. I am about to finish my yoga, take a shower, and eat. I will probably check to see who won the game at some point tonight.

Peace.

11/12/20

It is Thursday, November 12, 2020... at 6:21 am. Last night the Ball State University Cardinals beat the Eastern Michigan University Eagles 38-31, in an exciting game of Wednesday night college football.

I am currently relaxing at home. I am sitting on my couch, listening to music, and drinking coffee. Even though it is still relatively early, I am already finished working for the day.

The cool thing about living in the year 2020, is the technology that we have at our fingertips.

In the year 2005, I used to drive to work to send and receive emails. In the year 2000, I used to take the bus to work to make phone calls in an attempt to sell things. In the year 1995, I used to walk to work to get my paycheck.

This morning, I sent and received emails in reference to my business from my couch. This morning, I made phone calls in an attempt to sell products for my business from my couch. This morning, I received payment for selling my products from my couch.

I like living in the year 2020.

Another cool thing about living in the year 2020, is knowing that the technology that we have at our fingertips can be turned off.

I have worked a lot of hours in my life. I am grateful for having had the opportunity to learn a lot of things while working for other people.

I am grateful that I took the chance on investing in myself. I am grateful for having the ability to have my work and the investment in myself work for me, while I simultaneously get to play.

With all of that being said... today... I am going to go for a very slow walk. I am going to turn parts of my technology off, while keeping other parts of my technology on. It is going to be warm outside today. The leaves on the trees are beautiful. The variety of colors is amazing. I might take a few pictures.

I am also going to continue to pray for Maggie.
...

That is all for now.

Peace.
